In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to a singular form include the plural and vice versa. References to a natural person include legal entities where applicable.

To be an Eligible User and maintain a valid Account on v07apk, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under guardianship or other legal incapacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias. Only one Account per natural person is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform by v07apk.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of v07apk or any of its affiliated companies.

v07apk targets players in Indonesia and operates its customer service infrastructure in alignment with Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Indonesian residents must comply with all applicable personal obligations regarding the declaration of gambling winnings under Indonesian law. v07apk does not provide tax advice; Members are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

To access real-money products on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

One Account Policy: Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or related accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or via shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of winnings under review.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. v07apk will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: v07apk operates a mandatory identity verification process. We reserve the right to request the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM for Indonesian residents).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot from your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing the account holder name).
• Any additional documentation v07apk deems necessary to satisfy its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. v07apk reserves the right to close any Account that fails verification and to return deposited funds (less any Bonus amounts) to the verified payment source where possible.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). v07apk does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount deposited in IDR is the amount credited to your Account balance.

Supported Payment Methods:

Processing times stated above are targets based on typical operational conditions. During peak periods — such as major BRI Liga 1 match days, Piala AFF fixtures, or the UEFA Champions League final — processing times may extend slightly. v07apk does not guarantee specific processing windows but commits to making all commercially reasonable efforts to meet the stated targets.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• v07apk does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or any currency other than IDR.
• Deposits credited to your Account as the result of a technical error must be reported to support immediately. Failure to report and subsequent wagering of erroneously credited funds may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. v07apk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• v07apk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request that triggers our internal risk controls. In such cases, the Member will be notified and asked to cooperate with the verification process.

v07apk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Eligible Users who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. New-member welcome bonuses are available once per natural person and once per household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Togel (numbers lottery) markets contribute at the rate specified in each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not been withdrawn within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: v07apk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend the associated Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using mathematical arbitrage strategies exclusively on bonus funds, or colluding with other Members.
• v07apk's Discretion: v07apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted by Members.

By placing a Wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing betting activity on v07apk:

• Acceptance of Bets: A Wager is accepted and binding only when the Platform has displayed a confirmation message and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. v07apk is not liable for any odds movements that occur between the time you view a price and the time your Wager is confirmed.
• Abandoned or Cancelled Events: In the event that a sporting fixture — including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, or Timnas Indonesia international games — is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the Platform. In general, bets on abandoned events are voided and the stake returned.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated on the remaining selections. If all selections are voided, the stake is returned in full.
• Void Bets: v07apk reserves the right to void any Wager placed in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest odds errors, system malfunctions, evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event winnings are capped at Rp 500.000.000 per Member per calendar day across all products, unless a higher limit has been explicitly agreed in writing for VIP Members.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are offered where technically available. v07apk reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.

Detailed sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for that sport.

v07apk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no Wagers may be placed and no Bonuses will be awarded.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion (minimum 6 months) from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the v07apk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, databases, game interfaces, text, graphics, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of v07apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders, or similar) to access, collect data from, or interact with the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any page or content from the Platform on any third-party website or application without prior written consent from v07apk.

Any unauthorized use of v07apk intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v07apk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether v07apk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, internet outages, or force majeure events).
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or deletion of your Account data resulting from circumstances beyond v07apk's reasonable control, provided that v07apk has implemented reasonable security measures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit v07apk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by v07apk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In all cases where liability is not excluded, v07apk's aggregate liability to any single Member in respect of any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v07apk collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, v07apk uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, meet legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), provide customer support, and deliver relevant promotional communications where you have consented to receive them. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at the details provided in Section 12.

v07apk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v07apk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

v07apk acknowledges that its primary player base is located in Indonesia. Indonesian Members agree that by accepting these Terms they are voluntarily engaging with an internationally operated platform and accept the governing law provisions above.
